Julia passes over Gosia for the new Nurse Manager and instead appoints the unpopular Eric Frost to the position. A professor of Jewish studies overdoses on his housekeeper's pills trying to induce vomiting after eating pork. His asthmatic housekeeper is then brought in after having run out of her medication. Evie and Sean end their relationship.
